CEO & Founder
Ann-Marie McSorley has 20 years’ background in the training sector. She held key training management positions in Northern Ireland Public Service, NSPCC Education and in various consultancy roles with Peter Quinn Consultants. She then set up her own company IResource Education and training and grew throughout the recession with clients such as the Oireachtas, Ombudsman for Children, Skillnets, and Leader Partnerships. Her application of digital solutions to the training process was ahead of its time and the lean approach was the kernel of the digital company. Ann-Marie founded Fioru Software Solutions after creating the first mobile app and dashboard, Veri, to digitize compliance in training and programme management.
Chairman & Director
Micheal has over 30 Years’ experience in the Medical Device Distribution Sector. Co-Founder of Tekno Surgical Ltd. in 1997 which had rapid growth and was acquired by Sisk Group in 2007 as part of its major expansion into the Healthcare Distribution Sector. Following the acquisition Michael continued with Sisk HealthCare as Joint MD of Tekno Surgical Ltd. and MD of sister company Cardiac Services Ltd. from 2011 – 2017 representing many Global Blue Chip Companies such as Stryker, Zeiss, and Philips Healthcare in UK and Ireland.
Chief Technical Officer
Shane was lead developer with hostelworld.com, one of Ireland’s most successful dot com companies. He was the first full time employee at Sonru, and has worked at the forefront of fintech security data management with American multinationals Blue Fin. His expertise lies in converting business logic and workflows into web applications. Shane is responsible for the day to day management of the Veri IT Infrastructure and the further development of the Veri Codebase and Roadmap. He works closely with all project stakeholders to ensure that projects and enhancements are delivered and communicated effectively.
Customer Success Manager
Eugena has 8 years of work experience in customer relationship management and sales in multinational companies in Belarus. Eugena also has a background in engineering and IT, with high-level skills in project and people management. Day to day, Eugena provides full tech support and ensures that Fioru products are performing at their best in various customer environments.
Technical Operations Manager
Grace is a newly graduated Software Developer with a year of experience in the Startup industry and Software Product Development. Grace has up-to-date knowledge of Agile Software Development and Project Management techniques and keeps herself apprised on new industry developments. Grace’s responsibilities in Fioru Software Solutions include Software Testing, Software Development Documentation, Software Development Lifecycle and Data Analytics.
Graduating with First Class Honours from Trinity College Dublin, Marijan has worked with Fioru Software Solutions since he graduated in 2018. He is currently completing a leading masters programme in Network, systems and architecture. He has held software development roles in Berkeley Clinic Dublin 2013 – 2017, Arizun Dublin and Blazer Technologies Dublin.
Business Development Manager – Southern Region
Shane has 16 years of combined experience in the Education and Construction sectors. Shane was Head of the Sport and Health Department in one of Ireland’s leading Private Education Colleges and was one of three Health and Safety Officers for one of the largest Scaffolding Companies in Cork. Shane’s key role in Education was to direct the team’s focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create learning and development opportunities. Shane worked with large profile customers and organisational bodies, was key in dealing with customer complaints, analysing budgets, and determining ways to streamline and improve the sales process for the company. Shane is responsible for Business Development within Fioru by Selling to Customer Needs, Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge and showcasing the benefits of Fioru products to the Education, Construction and Health and Safety Sector.
Business Development Manager – Northern Region
Noleen has 12 years’ experience of delivering training in the community and in further education colleges. Noleen works well with partners and groups, with experience of managing groups of 40+ in a workshop environment. Noleen’s responsibilities include building and managing client relationships for Fioru in the NI market.
